Our hotel prices are per person per day including half board and all taxes. Your room will be available from 14.00 on your day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure. Any dinners that are not taken will be refunded at €10.00 per person per day. Your hotel bill can be settled in cash, by cheque or with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard). Dogs are welcome. We charge €10.00 per dog per day (excluding food). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the spa area or on the lawn. Cancellations made at least 45 days before your arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made after this date until 2 weeks before your arrival will be invoiced at 70% of the total price. Cancellations made one week before your arrival will be invoiced at 90% of the total price and if you arrive late or depart early, we must unfortunately charge the full price. We recommend our guests purchase a travel cancellation insurance to avoid paying a cancellation fee if you are unable to travel due to illness or other justifiable reasons. The premium is 5% of the total price. The registration form is available at www.resmairhof.it or you may request it directly from the hotel. Unfortunately, we are not able to confirm a certain room number or floor for our guests.
