Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge and no cancellation fees apply. Only a processing fee of €100 will be charged. For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 90% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. Within 6 days of arrival: 100% prepayment of the total required.

In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full package rate will be charged. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

We’ll have your room ready for you from 2 p.m. on your arrival day. We kindly ask that you check out by 11 a.m. on your day of departure. We regret that we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor.

You can pay your deposit quickly, easily, and securely online.

The local tax of €3.80 per person (from the age of 14) and day is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately at the time of departure.

We will refund you €10.00 per person for any evening meal not taken. We kindly ask that you give us sufficient notice of this.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit card, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Eurocard).

Your dog is most welcome here with us. We charge a daily rate of € 22.00 without food. Please note that your four-legged friend may not enter the dining room, wellness area, and sunbathing lawn.

Our rates are per person and night including pampering board, taxes, and fees. The local tax of €3.80 per person (from the age of 14) and day will be charged separately.

All rooms and suites have air conditioning, wooden flooring, bathrobe, premium care products, hairdryer, make-up mirror, flat-screen TV with satellite reception, telephone, safe, minibar, and Wi-Fi. All rooms are non-smoking.

The Südtirol Guest Pass Schenna – which you’ll receive free of charge at our reception upon arrival – lets you use all public transport of the South Tyrolean transport network “südtirolmobil” free of charge.

südtirolmobil encompasses:

• Regional trains from Brenner to Trento and from Mals to Innichen
• Schenna hiking shuttle bus
• Local buses (city buses and intercity buses)
• The cable cars to Ritten, Meransen, Kohlern, Mölten, and Vöran
• The Ritten tramway and the Mendel funicular railway
• The PostBus operating cross-border between Mals and Müstair
