Everything you need to know
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. For cancellations from 3 months to 3 weeks before arrival, 70% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. For cancellations from 3 weeks to 1 week before arrival, 90% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full package rate will be charged. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Cancellation due to COVID-19
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (only valid in the case of restricted travel due to COVID-19).
We’ll have your room ready for you from 2 p.m. on your arrival day. We kindly ask that you check out by 11 a.m. on your day of departure. We regret that we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor.
You can pay your deposit quickly, easily, and securely online.
The local tax of €2.20 per person (from the age of 14) and day is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately at the time of departure.
We will refund you €10.00 per person for any evening meal not taken. We kindly ask that you give us sufficient notice of this.
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit card, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Eurocard).
Your dog is most welcome here with us. We charge a daily rate of €15.00 without food. Please note that your four-legged friend may not enter the dining room, wellness area, and sunbathing lawn.
Our rates are per person and night including pampering board, taxes, and fees. The local tax of €2.20 per person (from the age of 14) and day will be charged separately.
Rooms and suites
All rooms and suites have air conditioning, wooden flooring, bathrobe, bath slippers, premium care products, hairdryer, make-up mirror, flat-screen TV with satellite reception, telephone, safe, minibar, and Wi-Fi. All rooms are non-smoking.
